Welcome, Yuanda, Charlie, & Ella!

As we continue to grow our talented team of physicians, data scientists, and consulting professionals, we are thrilled to introduce our newest additions:

Dr. Yuanda Zhu joins us as the Director of Engineering, bringing six years of research experience as a data scientist. His expertise in machine learning algorithms, clinical decision support systems, and collaborative work with healthcare providers perfectly aligns with Switchboard, MD’s mission, and is pivotal in leading our engineering efforts and fostering innovative projects.

Charlie Carr, our Applications Team Lead, builds modern, performant web applications, drawing from his extensive background in both large organizations (such as Oracle) and high-growth, VC-backed startups. His expertise has proven to be instrumental in leading the development efforts for Switchboard, MD’s RevAware software platform.

Ella Jenkins, our Marketing Analyst, blends strategic thinking and creative flair from her background with marketing agencies and design studios. She also has experience collaborating with startup businesses and expertise in managing growth cycles and navigating the competitive business landscape, which will help guide the way for our future growth.
